At Body by Blare, all coaching and nutrition services are delivered digitally. By purchasing a program, you are gaining access to coaching tools, educational materials, and support that will be provided via email, app access, or secure online platforms.
Body by Blare does not ship physical products. All services are digital and virtual in nature.
If you miss a scheduled session or check-in, it is your responsibility to reschedule within the parameters of your coaching agreement.
